Dear Siva A heartfelt thank you to the entire catering team for doing such an amazing job at Ryan and Jessi’s wedding held on 10 August 2026 The food was absolutely delicious, unique, and beautifully presented. So many of our guests spoke about how different and memorable the menu was, and we were truly delighted with the quality and taste. What impressed us just as much was the excellent service and attention to detail throughout the wedding. Everything was handled so smoothly and professionally, which made a huge difference to us on such an important day. We had a wonderful experience with B3 Namma Veetu Kalyanam Catering for our First Holy Communion. The food was excellent from the starters to the desserts, with great taste, quality, and variety. A special thanks to Shiva for his professional approach and seamless coordination, which made our event truly memorable. A small suggestion for future events: please ensure cutlery is provided whenever serving noodles or pasta, as it is essential. We have hired B3 caterers for our reception dinner. The food was amazing. Every guest loved the innovative menu and complimented everything  that was on the plate. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars We chose B3 Catering for my wedding in verkilambi ,Nagercoil, and they exceeded all our expectations. The food quality, taste, quantity, and service were absolutely outstanding. The breakfast menu featuring Idly, Pongal, Poori with Potato Masala, Sambar, Vadai, and Paal Kesari was delicious and well appreciated by all our guests. The real highlight of the wedding feast was the Mutton Biryani vellatu Kari . It was simply exceptional! The biryani was perfectly cooked, flavorful, aromatic, and served with generous portions of tender goat meat. The large pieces of mutton and the abundant quantity provided impressed everyone. Many of our guests specifically complimented the mutton biryani and said it was one of the best they had ever A special mention to the Mutton Biryani – it was absolutely outstanding!                                                   Even guests who came for second and third servings were generously served with large pieces of mutton.  The quantity was never compromised, and the taste remained consistently excellent throughout the feast. This level of hospitality and generosity truly impressed everyone.                                           The Mutton Biryani was truly world-class. The Basmati rice was cooked to perfection, with each grain long, fluffy, and completely separate. The rice was not sticky at all and had an amazing aroma. The flavor was outstanding, and the mutton pieces were large, tender, and served generously. The Mutton Curry, chicken stick two pieces , Onion Raita, and Brinjal Thokku were perfect accompaniments to the biryani. The lunch was completed with Ponni Rice, Rasam, Moru (Buttermilk), Agra Sweet which is green in colour looks like perfect samosa it’s very juicy ,Beeda, and Ice Cream, all of which were Excellent.                                         Another thing that impressed us was the service team. Around 24 staff members were present and worked tirelessly throughout the event. They were polite, attentive, well-organized, and ensured that every guest was served properly. The service was quick, professional, and contributed greatly to the overall success of our wedding feast. Every guest left satisfied and happy. B3 Catering delivered not only delicious food but also great hospitality and generous serving portions. A special mention once again to the Mutton Biryani—it was the star of the event and a huge hit among all our  guests.                      B3 Catering delivered exceptional value for money and made our wedding feast truly memorable.                                                         A special appreciation to Siva Anand the proprietor who was personally present throughout the event and closely monitored every aspect of the catering and service. His involvement, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were clearly visible and gave us great confidence that everything would run smoothly.           They also provided complimentary vegetarian meals for vegetarian guests, Highly recommended for weddings and special occasions. Flawless Crisis Management at LunchLunch was the ultimate test. We had an unexpected surge of guests arrive, far exceeding our original headcount. Most caterers would have panicked or run out of food, but this team managed the situation with incredible grace and professionalism.
